Observer Handbook for COP29: Created by the UNFCCC Observer Relations Team, this handbook includes pointers on how to participate effectively and contribute to the UNFCCC process. It’s perfect for newcomers and also a great reference for COP veterans. You can download it here.  

Visa information: The Azerbaijani Government has asked for the following information to be shared regarding the free COP29 Special Visas: These are single-entry lasting up to 30 days. A new application will be required for each re-entry to the country. Your UNFCCC confirmation email will provide instructions and a link to process your visa. The visa system requires three working days to process application. The Government of Azerbaijan strongly urges people to apply for the visa as soon as possible. Please do NOT travel without a valid visa.
