Each year the United Nations Conference of the Parties, or COP, gathers countries party to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and the Paris Agreement. Including Australia there are 198 countries that take part.
COP is the world’s largest and most important climate conference.
National pavilions at COP conferences provide a platform to share experiences and knowledge about domestic and global climate action. Australia is proud to create warm and welcoming pavilions that encourage collaboration and promote the exploration of important topics.
More information on Australia’s engagement at previous COPs can be found on our website.
