Australian Party Overflow badges enablepeople who are not part of the official Australian delegation to access the COP28 Blue Zone, which is where negotiations take place and countries often have their National Pavilions and events. Australian Party Overflow badges are valid for the entire two-week COP program. Please note that, while holders of an Australian Party Overflow badge can access most negotiations as an observer, they are NOT authorised to speak on behalf of Australia.
